Please read our terms carefully before placing an order:
1. No Returns or Exchanges
All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyers' remorse, changes of mind, or choosing the incorrect size, color, or variant. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing checkout.
2. Exceptions for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want to ensure you get exactly what you paid for. We will gladly issue a replacement or store credit if your item arrives under the following conditions:
Damaged in Transit: The product was physically broken or damaged during delivery.
Defective: The product does not work as intended due to a manufacturing defect.
Incorrect Item: You received the wrong item, size, or color variant from what was ordered.
3. How to Report an Issue
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
To file a claim, please email us with:
1. Your Order Number.
2. Clear photos and/or a short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
3. A brief description of the issue.
Review Process: Once our team reviews the photo/video evidence, we will immediately arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are successfully marked as "Delivered" by the local postal carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is fully correct and secure before checking out. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
