Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed, packed, and queued for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your package leaves the warehouse, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking link.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Because we ship directly from our international warehouses to offer competitive pricing, shipping times vary depending on your destination country.
Please use the following timeframes as a general guideline:
United States: 7–14 business days
Canada & United Kingdom: 10–15 business days
Europe & Australia: 10–18 business days
Rest of the World (All Other Regions): 12–21 business days
Please note: These are estimated delivery windows. Factors such as international customs processing, seasonal carrier delays, or severe weather may occasionally cause slight delays.
3. Order Tracking
Every order includes end-to-end tracking.
As soon as your tracking number is generated, we will send it directly to the email address used during checkout.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the carrier network to update and show active scanning on your tracking link.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may occasionally be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees once the package arrives in your destination country.
These external fees are determined entirely by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered completely and correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, insufficient address details, or failure to collect the package from your local postal service, we cannot offer a refund. A reshipping fee may apply to send the item out a second time.
